The suites have mini-kitchens. Free tea, coffee, bottled water, juice, powdered cream and possibly some baked goods for the first night. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and breakfast.

RESTRICTIONS All bookings are a minimum of two days. All suites are non-smoking. Children in pool must be supervised by an adult. Our animals are visited under supervision of innkeeper.

LODGING RATES/PAYMENT

Rates range from $155 to $175 per suite per night, based on double occupancy. Each extra person: child cost is $35. Age 6 plus = adult $75. Please inquire for single occupancy rate. The present rate for the cottage (both suites) for 4 people is $350 per night plus HST (depending on availability).

There is a charge of $15 night to plug in an electric vehicle

NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES: MAT (municipal accommodation tax) cleaning fee, damage deposit, property service charge are all hidden fees that hotels do not tell you about until you book. Our only additional accommodation fees are the HST.

Credit Cards are required for booking. Payment won't be taken until arrival date. Payment can be by Visa, Mastercard, cash or e-transfer. Credit Card Compnies charge us between 3-5% on each transaction. In order to keep our rates low we wil be charging 3% Merchant Fee for each credit card transaction

Corporate rates are available based on single occupancy and are available from Sunday evening to Friday morning. Baked Goods are not included in any of the rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: - Any reservation cancelled with 2 days of arrival time will be charged full price for the reservation. Any reservation cancelled 3-7 days before arrival time will be subject to the 50% of the reservation charge unless the suite can be booked for that time.

Any reservation cancelled less than 30 days before arrival time will be subject to 30% of the reservation charge unless the suite can be booked for that time.

Any reservation cancelled after booking is subject to a $75 administration fee
