Directions From Toronto

Take highway 401 to highway 115. Stay on highway 115, It changes into highway 7 East going to Ottawa.

There are 4 exchanges into Peterborough called The Parkway, Bensford Road, Ashburnham Rd and Television Rd.

At the 4th intersection of highway 7 E, Landsdowne St and Television Rd. Take Television Rd to Parkhill Rd.

Turn left on Parkhill Rd. and travel about another 2 city blocks and you will come to a small blue bridge. DO NOT CROSS the bridge. (Canal Rd starts at the bridge) Turn right on Canal Rd. We are the second last house on this small picturesque winding road. You will be travelling with the canal on your left side. The address is 810 Canal Road.

Downtown Peterborough

To go downtown from Liftlock Guesthouse, you go to the beginning of Canal Rd, turn right (west) on Parkhill. Four city blocks you will reach George St, turn left. Peterborough's city center with it's many restaurants, attractions and Musicfest is about a further six city blocks on George St. It is approx a 4 minute drive to downtown Peterborough.

Trent University

To get to Trent University from Liftlock Guesthouse, you go to the beginning of Canal Rd, turn right onto Parkhill and go to the first set of lights. This is the corner of Parkhill and Armour Rd. Turn right on Armour Rd and it will take you directly to Trent University. It takes less than ten minutes to get to Trent University.
